I am so excited to have you back in my chair! Below you can click the link that will take you straight to online booking. If you’d prefer to book the appointment through me, I have my contact information below for you to send me a message via text, instagram, and cellphone.
Please note that online booking goes in as a request and I will have to approve the appointment- the request will only be denied if I don't think we will have enough adequate time for your requested appointment, if I feel a different appointment will be needed to give you the look you’re going for, or I need updated credit card or contact information from you. You will always hear from me if I do have to deny your appointment of any sort, and will likely just adjust it for you on my end!

TianaStyles Policies

Booking.
In order to book an appointment with Tiana, all new clients must fill out the TianaStyles New Client Form. A valid credit card must be held on file at all times.
New clients are not recommended to book their first appointment online to ensure Tiana has all the needed information and can book the adequate time.
TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to decline any online booking requests if the client has not provided all of the required information. Please contact Tiana if you have any questions regarding the booking process.
Further appointments can be booked after adequate information is gathered.

Cancellation.
Untimely cancellations leave gaps in my schedule I am unable to fulfill. Though life happens, TianaStyles requests a 24 hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule.
In the event that an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window, TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to charge the valid card on file 50% of the desired service.
In the event that an appointment is cancelled on the same day of the scheduled service, TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to charge the valid card on file 100% of the desired appointment.

Late.
Tardiness to an appointment can not only compromise Tiana’s day, but also your appointment. Please arrive in a timely manner-Late arrivals can result in a fee starting at $15.
Please inform Tiana promptly if you are running late. In the event that you arrive 10 minutes late or more, TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to decline service.
If the scheduled appointment is declined due to tardiness, that will result in a same day cancellation, in which TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to charge the valid credit card 100% of the desired appointment.
Multiple late arrivals can result in refusal of further scheduling.

Appointment Holds.
An appointment hold is an appointment prebooked and reserved for an extended period of time.
In the event that an extended appointment hold (appointment held for 4 weeks or longer) gets cancelled or rescheduled within 3 business days, TianaStyles LLC reserves the right to either charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the desired service, require a nonrefundable deposit be placed in order to reschedule, or decline further rescheduling.
Multiple cancellations can result in refusal of further rescheduling.
